We truly hope that reports or blocks will be rare, but we understand that we are a church made up of imperfect people—and sometimes mistakes happen. If you believe someone is violating the OBCF App Policy, please follow the steps below to report the issue so it can be reviewed by our admin team. Please note: all disciplinary action for reported members is at the sole discretion of church leadership.

If someone’s actions don’t violate the policy but are still upsetting, you have the option to block that user within the app. However, we encourage all OBCF members to seek peace and understanding whenever possible. If you’re experiencing a disagreement or conflict with another church member and would like help resolving it, please reach out to church leadership—we’re here to help guide those conversations with grace and care.
