How to Use Chat

The chat feature is a great way to stay connected with your church family. This feature allows you to send private messages to app members without having to get their phone number first. If you are having trouble getting notifications when someone sends you a message, check out our help article on how to set up your app notifications by clicking here.

Open the app. Once on the home screen select the "Directory."

Search for the member that you want to chat with and tap their picture.

Click the Message Button.

Type the message you want to send. If you click the small blue icon on the bottom right, you can upload images to your chat. Video content can't be sent via chat.

Once you have sent your first message, you will be able to select the small chat icon in the top right of the app and access all of your conversations in one place.
