Church App Usage Policy

Welcome to the official Ocean Beach Christian Fellowship App. By using this app, you agree to the following terms of conduct and community participation:

1. Code of Conduct

This app exists to help our church community grow in faith and serve Jesus Christ more effectively. All users must conduct themselves in a respectful and Christ-honoring manner at all times. The following behavior is strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the app:

  • Abusive, threatening, or harassing language

  • Foul or offensive language

  • Inappropriate or explicit images, videos, or content

  • Disruptive behavior in group chats or direct messages

2. Group Access

Certain group chats (e.g., church leadership, youth leaders, home groups) are restricted to approved members only. These require admin approval to join. You may submit a request within the app, and access will be granted as appropriate. Public groups are available to all users without approval.

3. User Identity

All users must use their real first name in their profile. Accounts will default to your email address; this must be updated within 30 days of signup or your account will be deactivated. Anonymous or fake accounts are not permitted.

4. Purpose and Intent

This app is a tool for connection, communication, and ministry. Please respect its intended purpose and use it in a manner that uplifts the body of Christ and aligns with our mission.
